Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session. We accept payments via credit/debit card through our secure payment processor.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change but will be honoured for confirmed bookings.

2. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may forfeit the full booking amount.

Studio Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund, including any deposit paid.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above.

We allow one free reschedule per booking. Additional rescheduling may incur an administrative fee.

4. Session Guidelines

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time without reduction in price. If you are running late, please contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, or behaves inappropriately during a session.

5. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package description. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, but we will keep you informed of any delays.

Images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery. Physical prints or products, if included in your package, will be delivered separately.

6. Image Usage & Copyright

All images remain the copyright of the photographer. By booking a session, you grant us permission to use selected images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.

You are granted a personal license to use your images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of images requires a separate licensing agreement.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety during sessions, you participate at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your session, except where caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or equipment failure.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
